When my husband and I decided to do a much needed renovation on our downstairs bathroom, we were entering uncharted territory. We are a young couple and neither of us know anything about all that stuff. Obviously, we were not in a position to be do-it-yourselfers. So we did what we were supposed to do when hiring a contractor to do a renovation. We chose (3) companies out of the phone book, and called to set up times to have someone come by for an estimate.
The first guy didn't show, so he was out. The second guy came in, quoted us a very reasonable price for what sounded like a stunning bathroom. We were a bit surprised at the quote, as even we knew enough to know that it sounded too good to be true. But he seemed very confident. The third estimate brought (2) guys, whom we later came to know as Monty and Scott. Their estimate was higher, but made sense given all of the details they pointed out that the second guy said nothing about.
What sold us on Prestique was their high level of professionalism and their attention to detail, both of which were immediately apparent. Monty and Scott came in, took a look at the bathroom, got a sense of what we were wanting, and quickly began measuring, inspecting, and asking questions. Within 24 hours they had a quote back to us.
The deciding factor that helped us choose Prestique for our renovation was the fact that they are just really great guys. We feel completely comfortable having them in our home and trust them to be left unsupervised.
In conclusion, since our first experience with Prestique, we have contracted them to do all our renovations. Their work is amazing, they happily fix any problems that arise, and they are a blast to have around. We look forward to working with Prestique in the years to come.

When we decided to renovate our bathroom, we called several contractors to get ideas and estimates. Why did we choose Prestique? First, you replied promptly to our call. Your estimate, while not the lowest, seemed reasonable. You were willing and able to show us samples of your work. That you were a member of the Better Business Bureau indicated to us your concern for your reputation - you weren't likely to take advantage of us.
Communication is key to success in most situaions. Because you were readily available by telephone or e-mail, it was easy to ask questions or provide information. Any issues could be resolved quickly.
Your workers were really easy to have around. They were very competent professional in their dealings with us. One thing that impressed me was their efforts to keep the house clean. Use of dropsheets, shoes off at the door, daily vacuuming and careful work habits all contributed.
Generally, the work was very well done. There were, of course, some minor flaws to be discovered on close inspection - one expects that. What was impressive, and appreciated, was your cheerful willingness to fix the problems identified. It is apparent that customer satisfaction is important to you.
Overall, we were very pleased and will certainly consider Prestique for future projects.
